And right there, Joshua had his epiphany moment —
“What if I could bring this same feeling home to Chesterfield?”

The Mission That Took Shape
Joshua has always believed that service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off.
As the founder of Veteran Roof Treatments, he’s spent years helping Virginia homeowners protect what they value most. But The Donut Scoop became something even closer to his heart — a way to serve smiles instead of shingles, and gratitude instead of just grit.
He partnered with the talented artisans at The Treat Shop to bring handcrafted donuts — made from their legendary recipes — to Chesterfield and the greater Richmond area. Together, they created a new kind of café:
