When Joshua Williams, a proud veteran and founder of Veteran Roof Treatments, first visited The Treat Shop in Richmond, he didn’t just discover incredible donuts — he discovered a sense of community he wanted to share.
What began as a simple idea became something bigger:

Today, The Donut Scoop is Joshua’s way of giving back — a veteran-owned, family-driven café built around kindness, craft, and comfort.
